After taking public transportation for our entire trip, the transfer with Alex from Parma to Milan-Malpensa Airport was much needed. We were able to book last minute with no hassle and Alex got back to us right away via email and WhatsApp. He was punctual, car was immaculate, there was a ton of room for our many bags, and his driving was impeccable. Alex picked us up, a family of 6 from our appartment in Parma to drop us off at Bologna airport. We were travelling with kids and lots of luggage, he helped us load unload and also helped us to take our luggage all the way into the terminal. His prices are very reasonable and he was very kind to off of us. Best service I have had.

Alex was very helpful. He took us to Reggio Emilia from Parma and back and also drove us to the airport. He even stopped us at an autogrill late at night and kindly waited for us. His fare is reasonable. I will undoubtly use his service again and recommend him.
